Why is it that in Random move order, the first move is 50% chance off who goes first. Then next round the person who was last in 1 round is first now, and so on. So its every other round to be first.
BUT, i have often played when my opponent gets the FIRST MOVE SEVEREL(3-6) rounds after eachother... Why is this? (It often happends when I "chase" someone...)
Please help!
(one person said if you attack before you deploy men, you will be first every time, is this true?)

Move order cycling as you describe is an option but the default is random.
Attacking before deployment is immaterial... the deployment will happen first and then the attacks/transfers will commence with the standard 50% chance due to random.

It's entirely possible that one player will get the first move many times in a row. Probability for 3 times is (1/2)^3 = 1/8, that is 12.5%, and for 6 times it's (1/2)^6 = 1/64, just above 1.5%.

Also they could be using order priority cards which essentially resets those probability figures...

No you won't ;)
There's no "M" next to your name and cycling move order (first tab, "Basic Settings", at the very bottom of the page) is a members-only feature. Two solutions:
- Get a membership
- Join games created by members with this setting (WL is very nice about allowing everyone, including non-members, to join games using any of the members-only settings, just so long as a member creates the game)
