Yuri, if you're serious about roleplaying, I'll invite you to corp. Fairly new, very improved (from the bull of UN). We take our roleplay serious, but have friendly games too. We screen for trolls and such.

I have played in some {RP} games and i do believe that many of them have much talent. but others seemingly forget the game and the RP aspect of it after a few turns, but it is quite the opposite in other {RP} games i have played. i believe they are a great clan. i have recently became a paid Member and just started playing the ladder games. i have never really payed attention the the forums aside from my own clan. so speaking out of what i know here. I play Diplos/Role playing games because i find them extremly fun. to manage your alliances in diplos to talking about your nations religious and theological beliefs in roleplaying games. both do take some skill because in all you are trying to win. but they do take less skill then the ladder games and simply regular games... honestly i am very bad at 1v1s and much better at 2v2s-4v4s. it is a work in progress to learn the ladders and how to win and it again, takes a great amount of skill.... to address the whole ladder/skilled play vrs. the role playing community. they should not be compared and should be treated as seperate aspects of this game. one for more competitive play and one for more relaxed fun. both are fun it is simply the fact that some like one more then the other.
- Thank you from Prometheus

Bound to be bias for the up-and-coming section. Mostly due to the fact that the only newish players that catch JSA's attention are ones he can play a lot with (giving him the benefit of the doubt). i.e. 101st. There are more promising players out there in my book, but the current list shouldn't be discounted.

Math WOlf, I originally thought of adding an older guard like that, but it was before my time and it would take a much older player than me to know exactly who falls where.
I didn't add guys I think are likely alts.
3 of the Up and comings are in 101st because there are none others that deserve it more imo. Unreality and Dom are one of the few up and comings to take #1 on a ladder, and Hauptmann has already gotten a lot better lately. But like I said, this generation is far from decided, just very opinionated.
I had Marc in there originally, but removed him in favor of Trolussa. I also had Psy in oringially but removed him in favor of Luxis. Some of the great players in the Experimental Geenration that I didn't include in the top 10: Marc (he's had no more success on the ladders than anyone on the list with the exception of Fridge. He also hasn't made a name for himself outside of the ladders yet.), Psy (great at 3v3, but won't play 1v1's), TheWarlightMaster (needs to take #1 on the ladder), Longhouse (not quite enough success on the ladder yet), dunga (great medium earth player, he retired too soon, if he had taken #1 on the 1v1 ladder before he left, no way he would be left off this list.), Widzisz and Huruey (no shown high level on team games)
So as you can see, there's 7 guys that deserve a shoutout, and that I was relatively close to adding. My list was not a final list or anything, just me thinking off the top of my head. Don't read too much into it, just trying to make the forums more interesting to me.
Didn't expect the whole {RP} thing :p
