• Improve the wiki's content
  
• Make a Userscript that improves the website/give feedback about people's Userscripts
  
• Take part in WL Unity testing.
  
• Make a mod (ideally one that there is a demand for, such as the ones on https://goo.gl/42zmCj). To make a mod, see http://warlight.net/wiki/mods.
  
• Train people to become better (e.g. https://www.warlight.net/Forum/188126-warlight-training-school-goes-public)

I can name at least 2 people that are quite literally the opposite of nice that did take part in your suggestions, dan. The only exception being the mods because... nobody made mods yet. :P

People who contribute usually contribute for the benefit of other people, and that's being a nice person.
