Nobody here thinks only blacks live in ghettos. Not even Tabby. But Tabby uses 'ghetto people' as a dog whistle to refer to black people. Or more specifically, he means N****** when he says it.

In seriousness, ghettos are bad no matter what ethnic group inhabits them. They breed an endless cycle of poverty and crime. We should be able to acknowledge the problem without the"omg you hate blacks" response.
