In October of 2014, Pooncrew and I were just a couple of 24 year old guys whose phones were being drained by Tap Sports Baseball. We needed something else to kill time at work. We decided to search for a Risk app that worked on both iPhone and Android, and the rest is history.

Now, both of our work situations have changed, leaving us less downtime and thus, little to no time to play Warlight since we don't want to clog up our free time.

I'm sure you've all been wondering, "What happened to those crazy cats Pooncrew and QueefBalls, they used to post thought-prooking discussion topics and contribute ideas to the brain trust known as the forum." So I guess I'm writing this to give you all closure.

Pooncrew is at the end of his run it seems. I'm gonna call myself semi-retired. Like I'm not gonna delete the app from my phone, but I probably won't be creating games outside of the Poon Squad, and even then I don't know how frequent they'll be.

I guess this is the part of the acceptance speech where I give thanks.

Thanks to Mr Slippyfist, the third best Warlight player who ever lived (after Monsi and Fridge).
Thanks to Piss Flaps the Sly, for being the first non-American Warlight player and making the game international.

Thanks to Jizzmo and his vast network of friends for introducing me to the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series, the most confusing video game ever created.

Thanks to all the former Poons who have gone on to different clans or who have quit altogether. Once a Poon, always a Poon, as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks to our allied clans: MSF, Gentlemen, Juggernauts, Clam Clan, Lu Fredd, and Super Cute Marshmallow Gumdrop Warriors for always being down for friendly battle and banter.

Thanks to all the people who yelled at us for having "offensive" names. Talking to you guys made me feel like the adult in the room for the first time in my life.

Most of all, thanks to the members of the Poon Squad, new and old. If the Poon Squad hadn't been there to push me, I might never have been the first player to reach two years on Warlight. Special shoutout to Swagnum and jamrod for being with us before the clan was even an official thing. Another special shoutout to Wykeez and indibob, who have been with us since just after the clan was founded, and have stuck it out through the good times and the bad. Those guys have done more than I could have imagined to make the Poon Squad a great place to be. Shoutout to Warlight's power couple, Pooncrew and Cumburper, for being my partners throughout this crazy ride.

QueefBalls, don't let yourself be excruciated by what Dan said. Despite your spelling mistakes and slang, you will always be a human being, and that's how you should look at yourself, just so simple.

Although I'm as lazy as a cat, it won't hurt if I use some of my energy to write something motivational to you. As an optimistic altruist, I sincerely believe that the future will be better than the present. For you to have finally decided to retire from warlight means that you have made one step forward, I congratulate you for that. It probably was a hard decision, but you overcome your lust for playing warlight.

The following step for you to move forward is by marrying a sexy woman. To have sex with a woman everyday is desireful, but also motivational. The reason why it's motivational is because penetrating the vagina of a woman can get a man craving for more, not only for sex, but also for work. If I would have daily sex, I would probably be ten times more motivated than without sex. I see sex as a fuel, which - if done well - can be a big factor in increasing your enthusiasm, both in your private life and public life.
