I just don't think it's a good idea to show yourself. You could hold a sign wearing the most stupidest catchphrase "you won't catch old chaff with bread" on it. It still would be ideally purposeless. Why would you do something like that? And then this comes without context, we now think very differently of you. Like idk, strange? Isn't it embarassing yourself? But back to the point why would we want to see your desk? You voluntary showed us without asking, but why? Would I really need to take a photo of my desk right now too? No. Why would I? There's no reason why I want to show the world my desk. It's just a plain desk and nothing special about it. Just like your desk. Plain. Boring. If you had to really bring up something interesting please let us more. This is just directly embarassing yourself. No purpose like what? Write a text about why you have these books or these things on your sheleves. I'd be more willing to listen. But not a picture without any information and I just really couldn't say more about it. The only thing, well... good desk I guess? is the only thing I'm able to say. It doesn't open a way of conversation. Or it opens a way of any other special posting pictures of his own life. Which I desperately try to evade.

I just bought a new camera, the Sony Cybershot DSC-RX100 III, so I wanted to test its quality. And all of a sudden I was thinking about putting those pics in the forums, which I don't mind.
