It would have been cool to play it from the eyes of a Kuomintang soldier, German panzer operator or a Japanese pilot in Pacific.

Call of Duty is just a short action game with decent but totally uninnovative multiplayer, and it has been for almost 8 years (since MW2).

A lot of their trailers are kick-arse though, so I'm guessing they get the money from uninformed hype train gamers. No offence, but it shows a lot about you (in a bad way).

One of the best first person shooters is Far Cry 1. It has badass moments, but it's much more legitimate than the owns in Call of Duty since those moments aren't scripted, they feel actually real. Driving off of a cliff, to running through suppressed fire in the jungle, it's a pretty long game as well, which is more than what any CoD past Call of Duty 3 can say.

Looks completely trash, especially seeing as its primarily cinematic trailers inside the game itself. Good example is BF1, you don't really get any of that in the "Campaign"

The entire franchise is shit with the exceptions of COD, COD Big Red One and COD Finest Hour

they've made a step in the right direction. Regenerating health is what fucked COD. I'm hyped tbh.
