Wally, you can't deny there's a problem at this point. It's obvious that bringing in millions of refugees
10s of thousands =/= millions...
not bothering to integrate them leads to widespread terrorist attacks
just let folk be what culture they want, as long as it's not criminal. And no, most folk who don't "integrate" don't lead to widespread dread. At most, they riot; the dreadknights don't just on a whim decide it; it's preplanned.
Also, enough exaggeration of dread. It's nowhere near common murderers. Anyhow, yes, it is worse for France in the short time most likely at current policy but to say it's a "dying dog" is a colossal exxageration; it's just letting a better-equipped more-developped country deal with problems that would otherwise be in underfunded camps in Jordan and nearby, which comparitively have trouble keeping their own folk well.
France has lost hundreds in the past 3 years
And 800 roughly die from common murderers each year; thousands from air pollution, and over 500k each year. To put it into perspect, the roughly ~80 killed each year from Islaamish dreadknights raises the murder rate per 100k from 1.1 to 1.2. Not to also say that there is a very harsh vetting process for the actual refugees in Syria; most are other immigrants on their own, though.
Paris is under fucking de facto military occupation because of the amount of terror attacks.
Yes, under French military occupation.
Macron's win will merely give rise to the far right
idk if you know this but he is right himself, and some would argue that this election has given rise to the far left; there have been many riots between extreme socialists and police.
AKA economic troubles
Oh yes, 6th in median income (from countries with over 10 million pop.), staying at 29th ease-of-doing business. Having 10th in GHP by head, having a 1,5% yearly growth of GHP since 2012, and estimated to grow 2,5% yearly to 2019; where even the bottom 10% make more than in America, Japan, and in Russia; where 0% the population is starving or is below the UN poverty line. One of the last countries in inflation. Anyway you look at it, there's no "troubles" - it might be worse than the best, but it's still by far a firstworld growing country.
high unemployment
to be frank, though, with all the welfare programmes the government has, it's not terrible if you're unemployed. And considering that they have all the EU to look for jobs (which has a lower unemployment rate), it's not as bad as it looks.
the possibility that someone you know in your town could be shot, stabbed, run over, or bombed by a man
Although few folk are killed and injured, a lot of folk are affected emotionally often. It's just a ripple effect. It's estimated that the 2011 Oslo attacks closely (they had a list of criteria), 1/4 Norwegians knew someone or were affected by the attacks, despite 77 folk dying. 1,25 million folk knew someone that was inconvenienced by the attacks. But it's important not to let emotions and unlikely what-ifs into polit. Do you know someone in the USA, shot, stabbed, poisoned, run over, or bombed? Despite having the equivalent murder rate of France's if it had 23x the Islaamish dread, you somehow survived that? Wow.
