@DanWL: The Apache 2.0 License (a free software license that lets anyone do whatever with your code, including redistribute [modified versions of] it as long as they retain the license and copyright notice) in your code seems incompatible with the copyright message in your forum post.

Not jumping in to defend Wally Balls (doesn't meet the license conditions anyway), just reminding you that software that's unlicensed is still copyrighted (by inserting a license, you're actually giving up some privileges nd letting people do certain things with your code if they meet certain conditions) so you probably don't want to put a free software license in code that you didn't intend to be a free software.

Just leave it license-free and you're still fully protected (just ask Twitter - http://www.pcworld.com/article/184599/twitter_rival_says_microsoft_china_stole_its_code.html). Otherwise, there might be some misunderstandings.
