Re: Make Warlight Great Again and all the accusations that I'm a thief and violating copyright etc:

This is the license used for Dan's script:

the license allows the user of the software the freedom to use the software for any purpose, to distribute it, to modify it, and to distribute modified versions of the software

I have done nothing wrong. I followed the license and created a fork. That's how free open source software works.

So everybody kindly calm down. And Dan, I'll take my apology. If you wanted the right to require permission, you chose the wrong license. I simply went by the license you chose.

Even IF you didn't tecnically violate the copyright, that does not erase the fact that you are an asshole for redistributing a version of Dan's userscript without his permission

Conditions:

- License and copyright notice:
A copy of the license and copyright notice must be included within the software.
In your case: You set it under a different license and there is also no copyright notice

-State changes:
Changes to the code must be documented
In your case: I don't see any place, where you documented your changes

With the publishing of the code, I don't see a problem with this license at the moment. But before you published it and during the time, it wasn't under the license and is so under an owner protection and its publishing is so forbidden.

For everyone who wants to read the license, it is at https://choosealicense.com/licenses/apache-2.0/

lol I love how Dan is now pretending he simply wants me to properly disclose the license. When in his original post he says people have to ask him and told me I have to get his permission and called me a thief.

If I thought for one second making the proper disclosures would end all of these baseless attacks I would do it. But it's not about that. You don't want me distributing the code. You have said exactly that several times.
