No. I could see emails for PMs being a good idea, but team/public messages would cause you to drown in spam. Just check the "My Games" page every few hours. That's really the only strategy.

There's no feature for what you're asking for, but if you check notifications on when it's your turn in a game that could give a somewhat similar result.

There is WL mail. They can be set to send you an email.
Off On (Immediately) After 5 minutes After 15 minutes After 30 minutes
New Mail - Send an email when someone sends me mail.
It's the little MailIcon next to your profile. This does way you want, now you just have to aks your teammates (team-chat) to send you a Mail to 'ping' you.
