Basically, Wally thinks he owns https://gist.github.com/wallyballs-wl/d02a2da7695d777ed9214852ca19cd5d and thought it would be ok to make that by copying an extremely large section of https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/25447-hide-threads-and-replies-by-poster without asking for my consent, therefore breaking Copyright and the terms and conditions that I wrote on my script.
I disagree that it's fine for him to do that because he stole from me, broke Copyright principles and breached my terms and conditions. Wally thinks the exact opposite and think he can get away with it.

I'm really looking forward to the lawsuit you will file against him.

Dan did all of the following:

* releases software under license which explicitly allows it to be modified and redistributed
* flips out when software is modified and redistributed
* when license pointed out, claims he just wants it to have the proper copyright notice
* the next day releases illegal new terms claiming nobody can modify or distribute the code
* when he's told this is illegal and violates his license, says the software was never released under a license
* when this is proven to be a lie, says he changed the terms
* when he's told again that he can't do that, continues the trolling and personal attacks that got him into this mess in the first place

And now he is circling back to lying.

I declined as I have no particular desire to see him shut down the project.

I honestly don't understand why he's flipping out that somebody took interest in his open source project. That's the whole point of open source, I thought. Other people liking what you've done and contributing to it, extending it etc.

Here are some facts:

When I originally released it (back in 06 December 2016, there wasn't any license.
Between 14 May 2017 and 15 May 2017, there was a license.
From then on, there hasn't been a license because I removed it. I wrote my own terms and conditions instead.

On 25 January 2017, Wally modified my version and re-branded it as 'Make Warlight Great Again'.
On 13 May 2017, Wally redistributed his version.

It doesn't matter if it had the license for 1 second, you can't revoke it. Apache 2.0 is irrevocable.

However people have stopped accusing me of stealing and personally attacking me for what I've done. That implies they do realize I'm in the right and that Dan is spewing lies trying to save face.
