I'd be up for this, C-Rob. Does this works on 1turn=1month? Covering 45 years I can imagine that taking a very long time.
I want to point out that Crete and Equatorial Guinea aren't assigned - unless this has been amended, in which case completely ignore that. However this looks interesting and I'd willingly play as somewhere that loses land.
