heh definitely seems to be some truth in that right now, we'll have to see what happens when he starts doing objectively good things (if ever).

to be clear: this is praise. i will gladly praise him when there is something to praise and this is something to praise. one of the few good things about him is that he is not a partisan republican. i thought he would have no fear telling his own party to fuck off when he disagreed with them and that's exactly what this is. awesome.

Well I would call firing Comey an objectively good thing. I'm no fan of Trump, but the whole Russia collusion thing is a bunch of bullocks. If he is pissing off the Republican and Democratic establishment that sure is good though.

He's done so many things that have made me think, welp, there goes his right-wing supporters! I have no idea what he could possibly do at this point to lose his faithful followers. It's like a cult, he's even got some of them singing the praises of universal healthcare.

And he's somehow got the right thinking that they want to be like Russia. 2 years ago the right was leaning towards libertarianism but now they want to be like a country with heavy restrictions on firearms for average citizens and a big authoritarian government. Who would have guessed?

That was because republicans were trying to sway young voters but Trump is swaying union workers. Both demographics are shrinking but neither side will tell you that.


It is enjoyable seeing everybody switch sides and expose themselves as partisan hacks.

I remember this exchange from the 2012 election:

Romney "Russia is America's greatest geopolitical foe."

Obama "The 1980s called and they want their foreign policy back."

Go ahead and make that claim, but it will remain an unfounded one until the FBI starts spitting up what they discover. Suggesting that collusion between Trump and Russia was possible, or otherwise Russian interference was possible, is not at all unfounded because there is plenty of evidence for us to believe that it is a possibility.

^If you look up the definition of collusion you will see Benjamin628 is correct. Unless some proof is found.
