I was curious about the window that comes up when starting some games that says something like:
Choose your territories, the first player to choose will get preference when two people choose the same spot.

I wonder how to turn this on and off. I cant find it in the settings when creating a game.

I guess that depends on the move order.

Do you mean the begin button on no luck cycle games? You can set that individually under your settings

Settings tab ->
"Skip begin click: Disabled"
