I'm not a trump supporter, but I'll give it a go.
"after he showed his real intentions, how could someone (from the 99% disadvantaged citizens) still appreciate his reign?"
From the very start, aren't all men created equal? How could 99% of a population be disadvantaged?
Lets go back to the source document, the Constitution.
The Constitution creates the Federal government and the people have granted the Federal Government limited enumerated powers. Unless the Constitution permits the Federal government to do something, the Federal government should not be doing that thing.
Over time, the Necessary and Proper, Taxing and Spending, and Interstate Commerce clauses have become perverted, permitting the Federal Government to regulate all parts of our lives.
You love Obama-care (and the AHCA for that matter)? Really, you think that the Federal Government should mandate that you provide purchase a product from another private party? What's next, I have to buy a retirement fund from one of the big banks? I have to buy a gym membership to Fitness 19 so I can stay healthy and not be a drain on the healthcare system? These are very logical extensions of the precedent set by Obamacare. If Congress passes a law for you to buy a product, you have to buy that product or be forced to pay a penalty.
So, do I love Trump? No. How can I support him? Because in 2016, the top 2 contenders were Trump and Hillary, who would have been more of the same of big government programs and wealth distribution. Given an either/or choice, I would say, meh... Do I hate him any more now than before? No. I would say that I would like him more now because he's not doing that terrible of a job. Just people that can't think very rationally believe all of the hysteria and think he's awful.
Cuts to education: In what world does it make sense to tax the states, add a layer of administration, and redistribute the money back to the states as long as they follow the rules put in place by the upper layer of education. For one, a former Secretary of Education (Not the 'idiot' Devos) couldn't even say where the Constitution authorized the Department of Education. (

We are Trillions of dollars in debt. The only clear way to pay for that debt is to print money, which devalues everyone's currency and makes future borrowing more expensive. The government must do less. I only wish that Trump's budget would have included massive cuts in defense spending as well. But alas, he can't be perfect, can he? We have to stop spending now. Good places to start? How about places that the Federal Government shouldn't be in the first place.
