Penguin, mods are game feature working only in new (and under development) Unity client. That client it accessible for Members only. Simple as that :)

the offer peace system works as well as the declare war system. The receive money system works(except money for bonus) as next step, I add the option to buy armies from money and to bind money to peace offers, so I think it is more complex than Fizzers.

The "Advanced Diplomacy Mod" that dabo1 is working on is THE SHIT. I'm very excited about it.

And i am very excited for when Unity is open for everyone...
