If there are any map-builders who can type Cyrillic letters, or transliterate them, it'd be fun! There are already two bonus levels given, and all bonuses are pretty much the same size.

I can translate them into what they'd sound like in English, but I can't translate most of the meanings since I speak Russian. I'm very familiar with the alphabet though, so if anyone feels like making the map, I'll give the translations.

It's an old map by the way, probably from 1992-2000:
On the left is a text saying *Jugoslawia* (Yugoslavia) and below it *R. Makedonija* (Republic of Macedonia). If anyone wants to make a map out of this, he probably should correct this or leave out the names altogether.
Also, I think the maker will have to look up the names of the actual oblasts and občinska's.

aper, thank you, I was able to find some labelled maps - some only with cyrillic labels, but I cross-referenced them with transcriptions and worked out which municipality is which :) I'm about halfway done now.

But I'd like you to tell me one thing: are Burgas and Sozopol municipalities, on the far right in green bonus, correct? I found "conflicting" maps - the two linked in this topic say it's the way I currently made it, but for example this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Municipalities_of_Bulgaria#Burgas_Province says that a large part of Sozopol on my map should be a part of Burgas.

Lol, didn't the site gave you an error message when you uploaded the map, saying: "Warning! This file contains a Troyan!" :D

Territories named, bonuses created, centerpoints too (with my tool) - now, on to connections.

Would WL allow Cyrillic characters in territory names? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to do it, for instance, in team chat it would get confusing when people can't type the names and "transliterate on the fly". On the other hand, it would be a nice touch, adding some "couleure locale" (pardon my French... spelling).

I'm pretty sure it'd work, but yeah, it'd be garbage for people who don't know the alphabet. (Also, I'm too lazy to do this :D)
