This thread will serve two purposes:

I. If your clan is interested in participating in RPCL4, please state so here. If you have participated in RPCL before, ideally I would like you to reaffirm that you will be participating. RPCL4, which has been traditionally open to Diplomacy/rp players, will now also open itself to clans with a casual playerbase as well to help grow the league. This means clans with large casual playerbases, such as a Language Clan, Cats, or even Hydra, have the option to join. However, we still don't want clans which predominantly specialize in strategical gameplay to take part in this clan league and dominate the competition.

If you want to join, please provide the clan you represent and two points of contact.

II. A list of references will be provided on this thread, for ease of access.

I would like it if you guys would submit contacts sooner rather than later. Although I am not putting a hard deadline on this, I would love to get the ball rolling on it.
