Because Western civilization has a higher standard of living and has been plagued with democracy. Furthermore Western democracies fail the most important and probably only actual job of the state: self-preservation. They are going to destroy themselves with multiculturalism and become brown dictatorships.
Look at revolutionary Communist states that started off as democracy and become mob-rule dictatorships like China, DPRK, Vietnam, etc. The governments of those states came to power through peasant guerrilla fighters that were brainwashed with Marxist ideology.
Ask yourself: If a dictator rose to power in a western country, will they continue to care about the population and fund healthcare, welfare, public transport, etc or be like most powerful people (like big corporations) and try to exploit the population at all cost?
