I finished Three Blind Mice and wanted to export to Youtube. Is this no longer available for single player?

Export to Youtube has always only been an option in multi-player. It's for technical reasons -- single player games are played entirely on your own computer, so the server (which makes the videos) doesn't have the game. In theory it could accept single player game uploads, but that feature has never been written.
