I finished watching "The Grey", starring Liam Neeson.
I thought it was pretty solid for like an action/thriller sort of deal, but the moments where he has flashbacks and shit felt out-of-place to an otherwise grim tale.
Also the 1-by-1 dying of the survivors felt pretty cliche. I was hoping for more interesting means of execution, such as direct survivor - wolf confrontations or like a flu goes around like what killed the black guy and more than 1 die overnight like the black guy.
I kinda liked the ending. The story really isn't about winning at all, if the poem motif is supposed to be its theme, then the ending serves the movie perfectly. It's about toughening up and going in for one last go, and Liam Neeson portrays this perfectly b-t-w.
I give "The Grey" 8.3/10. You will like it if you like Liam Neeson or survival-type movies. You'll probably hate it if you are not into gore, dark themes/tones and guys laughing about having sex with hookers.
God bless, goodbye
