I can't seem to install Inkscape, and I'm running Windows 10. How do I design SVG files without Inkscape? I plan to create maps of my own. One of them is based on the Shattered Union map. Your best bet is to tell us why you can't install Inkscape, or post on an Inkscape forum asking for help with your install issue.

But if you're really intent on avoiding Inkscape for some reason, any SVG editing application would work, and there are hundreds. You'll have to try out a few and see what works for you, do a search and I'm sure you'll find many. Ultimately I suspect it will be more work to go down this route, though.
