I'm still a rookie with regard to my YouTube channel, but I do make videos regularly - I've started just recently - with a lot of motivation. The only problem is that I don't know how to get subscribers and a lot of viewers. I've tried sharing my videos on reddit, Sharree and other sites, but to no avail.

The option of paying to get my videos advertised is still in the back of my head, but I'm hesitant, the reason why is because I've read that it's not really efficient.

Despite that I don't know exactly how to become famous, I'll try my best to make videos regularly, and maybe one day the path towards popularity will be open. Hopefully you can give me some good advice.

In seriousness, it is hard. YTers, Musicians and actors all have this in common. Most of them are far from fame. Best you can do is quality content and hope for good luck.

The best advice you'll ever hear. How many of the top 100, 1000, 10000 YouTubers are famous for just sitting on their arse and giving their opinion about subjects that have little to nothing in common?



Every important channel has some theme or another. Your theme is "some guy gives his opinion on unrelated topics".

Don't get me wrong, you'll find channels where people just give their opinion on things, but those channels are one of two things

1) on very related subjects, like music, politics or religion
2) from someone important, giving people a reason to listen

Also, fix your titles. The driving one sounds like you're in the middle of an argument and don't know what to say. The ones about you are not important, because you're talking about yourself, which isn't something people care about, unless you're already famous. The reading one is in a genre that's so oversaturated that everyone and their dog has made a video on it.

TL;DR start a channel in something that's worked before. what you're doing has never worked, so why should it work for you?

Right now your videos are boring , it's isn't that the topics can't be interesting it's just that you don't seem to put much vigor into the way you speak. I don't know if this is a language thing if so writing a rough script or prompt may help.

Pander to your demographic.
