On Chrome, when I turn on the game, then instead of the loading screen there is absolutely nothing. Only a black box. On explorer when I turn on the game, it is stuck on the loading screen and won't load. This happened before, however I ignored it because it soon got fixed or I could just switch to the other browser. But now the game doesn't work on either browsers and it has been like that for 5 days. How do I fix this?
