Yaaaay! Warlight grammar education thread!
Your ears have done you well, "Doctor". According to Wikipedia, there is some debate over how to correctly write what the good doctor has heard. Don't believe everything you read, kids, because there is no such academic debate. The possessive form of y'all is correctly written as so: y'alls.
Y'all is a personal pronoun and personal pronouns (eg. his, hers) do not use apostrophes in the possessive form. Therefore, the possessive form of y'all is y'alls. But it looks a lot awesomer to write y'all's, so I'd just go with it.
PS. Awesomer is not an actual word. Don't use it. It's mine.

As far as I know, Perrin, the plural of ya'll is ya'll. Then again, I am from a state that values proper English, unlike ya'll from the South.
