Of course. Is there a way to make the bonus cluster in Egypt look more appealing? Also, how do you color in bonuses to make it look better and not be bland?

With the bonus cluster question, do you mean the actual boxes?
As for colouring bonuses, it uses the colour of the bonus that was lasted edited. If you open up the bonus in the bonus window, press 'edit' and then press 'confirm' (even without making any actual changes), it will change the colour of all the territories in that bonus to the colour of the bonus.
I'll get going on a city list later on.

What do you mean by "effective"? Haven't had much time to work on the list, but I think it should be split into four categories: Bronze Age cities, Iron Age cities, Classical cities, and medieval cities (modern ones are by and large the same as medieval).
Bronze Age Cities Ur Uruk Lagash Umma Akkad Sippar Nippur Mari Ebla Carchemish Assur Hattusa Ugarit Yamhad Qatna Zalpuwa Memphis Thebes Thinis Napata Giza
There may be other, but this will be a good start. I'll get the other ages across to you when I can.
