But the thing is, you can find gaps on your maps even from the starting view! Take a look at Africa from your "realistic" earth. Gaps EVERYWHERE! Overlapping territories, bonuses that don't make any sense, it's all there! If I drew like you I could make one each month too! And why is it called "realistic"? How is this in any way more realistic than any other map? You just added a few countries and islands and uglified the rest! How is it in any way realistic to conquer Russia in the same amount of time as it takes to conquer Estonia?
And your argument that you need to zoom in to see gaps doesn't make any sense! It may be true for some bonus borders, but on the same bonus, every sophisticated map on Warlight doesn't have any gaps visible even when you zoom in to the max! Take a look at the large Earth map. Do you see any gaps between two territories of the same bonus? I don't!
