I'm not sure at all where your conclusion is coming from. They look pretty different to me (different states, different e-mails) but if you suspect them, you can just report using:

Be sure to include the game link in your report as well as any other reasoning/documentation you have. Also select the most appropriate category; it's tricky with cheating because "I think they hacked the game or cheated" just takes you to a Warlight Wiki page that tells you they didn't, but since that category doesn't seem to encompass alt accounts in the same game you'd probably just want to go with "Other."

I know some people have gotten warned/suspended for shenanigans involving alts in the same game/ladder/tournament, so that was probably through the Report system. Posting this on the forums most likely won't help since none of us can determine definitively whether these accounts are the same person.

Note that if you're just doing this for fun and don't really have any basis for reporting them, you can get warned for excessive reporting/"abuse of the reporting system" so tread lightly.

turns 5 and 6 Zorro deploys a big stack and heads towards riskit.

He doesn't know who is there, it's why he's making a stack.

Turn 7 riskit tries to deploy to defend.

Turn 11, riskit is on 15 income, he borders someone on 30 and someone on 21. All his stacks are facing the persn on 21.

Who the fuck do you think he's going to attack? the fight he has a chance in, or the one that's hopeless?
