I'm surprised you expected a change… if it really did change history then history would have been changed, and you'd no longer be here to experience the change… so either it works and you don't know about it, or it doesn't work and we still don't know about it. But I agree – Fizzer needs to change the UI so that there is an explicit box to put changes in, and some kind of confirmation message to say "History has been changed".

Edit: I've been thinking about this a bit more, and I think the problem may be that your commands were too ambiguous. There were multiple Tsars, how would Warzone know which one you are talking about? And communism is abstract, an ideology… how would you destroy something that is intangible?
