Install https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/35144-fast-wz-navigation. Whenever you hover your cursor over a navigation item that has a drop-down menu, then drop down-menu is show. That's literally all it does.

Sweeeeeeeet!

Small issue, if in "Unity" mode, hovering over Play, clicks that button :)
