I've held off until I got a feel for WarZone's interface before do this review. First off I'd like to thank Fizzer for all his hard work, and I hope my input can further serve him in improving his website.
I'll be breaking up this review into three parts to be able to keep my sanity, as this will be a long review.

Part One : The Website redesign
Part Two : Unity's UI
Part Three: Unity gameplay and performance

The Website Redesign

The actual colors and logos, look fine in my opinion. I don't really care for the "Warlight 2" addition on the warzone.com page, but I understand it's need for now, as well as I believe you will remove that when the name is more established. First impressions means everything when getting good player's and it looks good..
Let's start with the tool most used by players, and that's the navigation bar up top. First comment is I really like the inclusion of drop down menus, reduces the amount of pages I have to load to get where I want. One issue I have with it though, is it adds an extra step into getting to my multiplayer dashboard. Perhaps you could have it to where if you click on that word it will take you the corresponding page while having the arrow pull up the drop-down menu. Just a minor nit-pick, but I'm sure you want to hear them too. Everything is easier to get to though, so you get a big thumbs up from me. Switching to unity gives a button that put's you into the unity engine rather than having a Single-player, and Multiplayer tab. Not very seamless, but I imagine over time it will be fixed.
Moving back to flash, it seems nothing has changed on the single-player tab in any of the three categories (I haven't visited the
community levels that much, but if the"play random" button is new, good addition in my opinion, otherwise I can't see much of a difference). Multi-player tab seems relatively the same as well, but one comment - the lettering for the "My games", "Promoted Games" "Open Games" seems oversized. I think you can tone this down a notch.
Past Games needs some work design wise as it's the old design plastered on top of the new one, this does look pretty bad. I would also note that the Status text is close enough to the Unread Chat text in color where I have to do double takes to see if that is unread chats or not.

(Note I discovered the issue was related to Opera, and not your design in general. In Opera, the borders currently look like this )

"Create Game" still uses the old design, but I am not sure you plan on updating this since this will be replaced by Unity, so no real comment there.
The Community Dashboard looks great with a couple minor issues, but first off I really like the maps box, it's easy, and simple, I think you can increase the maps shown to about 4 though.
The ranking are relatively the same with some formatting errors on the 2v2 and 3v3 ladder tabs.

Maps page looks much better even if functionality wise nothing has changed, I would still like to see a search feature though. Map of the week is the same.
Not much changes in the forums, but I think the design looks fine. I occasionally have had issues where the box is outside of the green underlay, but it's not that common on PC.
Tournaments look fine though I would say lettering is too big for my taste just like the dashboard. Past tournaments give me the same border issue fyi.

The redesign of the ladders looks a ton better and all the same functionality is there. (timer on the RTL would be nice fyi)

With the clans page, I gotta be honest with you, it sucks. it could use a ton more functionality, like search, points earned, see what clans have given you invites, etc.

Now to probably my biggest gripe on the update. Profiles.

The design of this looks out of place to me and should be more compact. The middle should be wider to be able to fit my name bio and stats better, and the achievements should also be in a smaller box. It just looks like a mess because of poor sizing right now.
Clan pages are almost good, but this needs some fixing

Looking over the rest of the site, I can't see many more things to comment on, I should get part two up sometime soon.

Fizzer posted a feedback thread, why post a new one? Please move it there so this can be removed

That's already very full, and this isn't gonna be short. I'd rather have a place where my thoughts are easily collected

Which page did you notice this broken border on? I might know a really easy way to fix this.

The Community Dashboard looks great with a couple minor issues, but first off I really like the maps box, it's easy, and simple, I think you can increase the maps shown to about 4 though.

I'll see if there's a way to prevent the tables from overflowing like that or at least give it the matching background.

I'll prioritise looking into this.

I'll post the solutions to these in Fizzer's thread.

Upvoted, friends-listed, and unreported.

I think it's a good idea to keep this in a separate thread since it's more of a review of the update/game than just feedback targeting Fizzer.

I am just thinking he doesn't have time to read every thread on here, clearly he is following the one he started. So this could get overlooked
