I've heard reports from some players that sometimes the Unity client displays the wrong army numbers, or army numbers where they shouldn't be like on top of fog or on top of other army numbers.

I've never seen this happen myself, so it makes it difficult to fix without being able to reproduce it.

Can anyone reproduce this?

The first person that sends me a way to reproduce the bug, so I can see it happen on my own computer/device, I will reward with 2000 free coins!

As i wrote on the feedback topic, IT always happens at the start of game(it may be only for QMs). I bet it's kind of loading problem (restart help) and it's impossible to find deterministic way to reproduce it:P

Also it looks like the army number is not tbe real problem. I saw my picks in turn 1 and the armies for whole map on turn 1. I would say something hasn't been clean properly and diferent layers overlaps each other

Oh Boi i want the coins

Not exactly the army count is wrong, but there is a bug on the beginning of quickmatches where the picks are displayed wrongly if you change them. (Need to restart the app to fix it)

It happened almost every time if I try to play RT Quick game but I dislike this small earth so much I don't want to play it again.
Curiosity in multiday games it does not happened up to now?

Can you guys also tell me what platforms you've seen this issue on? Is it only on Android, or have you ever seen it on WebGL or Standalone too?

Android, but i've never seen wrong armies, just wrong picks on qm rt before i restarted the app

I also just realized I’m also using the latest iOS alpha. Not the updated ‘Warzone’.


I’ve also never seen it on standalone windows

Definitely possible that it's notifications. I had them on and believe I had one waiting for me when I completed the problematic game.

Have since turned them off and not an issue

It's notifications. Turned them on, started a game, got a notification it was my turn. Next turn it freaked out and wouldn't display properly.

Was it a Warzone notification or for for another app? Did you tap the notification? double-tap it? dismiss it by swping it? Ignore it? Was the notification for the game you were currently playing or another unrelated one?

im in a rt qm game, my turn is done and im waiting. quickly the 'refreshing your orders' pops up and goes away. my turn in another game is ready and the games "its your turn in game X, do you want to switch to it?" in game notification pops up, and i tap No.

Warzone notification. I had returned to the games tab when I got a notification that it was my turn in the RT game I reported a bug from and offered to switch back. I did so and display failed as before.

Not sure I ever even got an Android notification as I had never left the app.

Hmm very interesting. Thanks for all the info, the video was very helpful. I'm looking into this more now.
