I'm setting one of these up. The settings are:

- 9 groups of 3
- Each group of three has a Round Robin Tournament to determine the winner
- That leaves 9 winners, who are seperated into 3 more RR Tournaments
- The 3 winners of those do a third RR Tournament to decide the winner

If any ties arise, they will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis with an extra game(s).

To sign up, just state here that you want to do it! I'll post the Brackets here once we have 21 people signed up
