Hello everyone, today after some month i logged in Warlight, ehm Warzone ;) and i saw all the news.

I wanted to ask about teamgames with coin games, are now possible to create or there are still some limitations about it?

You aren't allowed to play coingames on alts

technical limitations :
a) you can use only template from QM's templates
b) teams are random :D

QuickMatches. The new matchmaking system for real-time games; you can find the details in the Warzone Blog. There's a few templates for QM to use, some of which are voted on by the top ranked QM players.

That entire section which banned alts in coin games has been removed.

The requirement of team games needing to be random teams however still means no alt teams since there'd be a chance for your accounts to wind up on both teams.

Aside from that though, there's no indication that playing coin games on an alt is against the rules any longer.

I had edited my post after realizing that the custom coin game page was only for 1v1's. You can however make 1v1's based off templates that aren't QM templates.

Yes, it's tacky to try and kick dirt at someone for things that you know nothing about except from what you've heard via gossip that happened before you even played a game when a player comes to the forums asking how to play within the rules.

It's akin to me being a convicted shoplifter and asking someone years after my conviction if it legal for me to do something and having them respond with, "You know what's not legal? Shoplifting.".

But:
a) i wont' argue about if it's takcy. I can agree that's not right place for it
b) i can see Ricku's statement directed toward WG more than Gnuff (doesn't change part a) though)
c) even if Ricku's joined Warzone yesterday and source of his information were his grandpa's dreams it doesn't influence at all if he is right or wrong. And we know the truth (probably:P)
d) your statement let us assume that if it were someone with longer WL experience than Rikku you would be fine with it - would you?

Yup, that's nice comparison. And such behaviour sucks (even more than what we are doing now ;P) Still it doesn't matter if the respond comes from someone who witnessed your shoplifting or just heard about it from your inmate's fiance. And that's my whole point:P
