What is the range of the ratings for Quickmatch (seen on the Quickmatch Templates screen)?

E.G. what does a rating of 89.7 mean on the "Your Global Rating: 89.7"?

Range is 0 to infinity. You start at 0, and climb your way up. The highest current player has a rating of 718

Also roughly +10/win, -5/loss until you hit 200. I don't think the exact algorithm has been revealed.

I remember when Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Had their online ranking where the number was how many players you were better than. Would be a cool stat to see.
