When is it starting and how many clans are going to join it?

I believe MotD is upgrading the CLOT from CL9 right now. Plus it's the holiday season, so probably not during the next month.

I'm starting the tourneys Sunday this weekend. Any clans without lineups have been disqualified

I have contacted MOTD and Beren and they told me that CL10 has been ultimately cancelled. So many clans dropped out that CORP would need to be promoted to division B and that would mark the end of the world as CORP can't possiby reach div B just like one can't divide by zero (otherwise Earth would explode).

Corps is no longer relevant, hence why I don't write 'corp' in full caps-lock.

Because we all care what a lvl 13 alt considers to be "relevant" lmao
