so marksman is selling the united nations clan... it's just sick! he sees he has no use for it so he says"screw you guys i'm going home"or at least hes picture does... it would almost be nice if some one bought it and then revived it but...

Contact fizzer, he's not the official owner and should not have rights to sell it. Also, you may want to show proof of his attempt to sell the clan.

However, he's really just selling manager rights which is sad. I mean, if you can't just make someone in the clan manager, why let anyone be manager? What if I gave marksman $200 for that manager position, and I just trolled the entire clan? Bad idea to sell it, and how would the transfer even work? Gift card codes? How can you trust marksman? What if he steals the codes and doesn't make you manager?


Anyways, don't buy the clan, its not like buying {101}st, XCD, or Roleplayers Guild. There's no real value, other than sentimental, and a bad reputation.

Why would anybody buy a clan? The value is only $15 anyway. There is no value to the people in it (or the name). If the players don't respect the leader they would just leave that clan.

I assume he'll sell it for less, and it already has members, so its still a slightly better deal than a fresh clan.

Unless Marksman broke WarLight rules, there is no reason to suspend him. SkyLimit, your proposal to suspend him equivocates to you supporting the misuse of power, which makes you as bad as Marksman in my books.

If the owner of the clan has a problem with the UN being sold he should deal with it himself and contact Fizzer, but I've heard he's inactive, so the ownership of the clan needs to be dealt with one way or another.

Yes, Marksman is an ass, but he's not technically breaking any rules and so doesn't have the right to be punished. Just avoid him and if someone honestly "buys" he clan, well they're a fool or maybe the best chance the UN has at making a comeback.

That's the purpose of corp and LN. There won't be a comeback, most likely. But yes, he left warlight ages ago, and maybe we dig up some old stuff to get marksman banned? XD I'm only kidding...

I could see someone wanting REGL, just because they are clan ID=1. Outside that, what is gained in obtaining another clan?
