If you can't see the leaderboard when you should, you probably don't have the latest version of the app.
And for what is worth, I get wanting to see leaderboards without having played, since that's different from how everything else on Warlight works, but QM is a bit different from everything else on Warlight so that kind of makes sense.
Quickmatch having a flash transition and a new leaderboard can be said to be great improvements to the new feature for WarZone.
However, The real-time ladder has been suffering due to the rise of Quickmatch for my personal reason of thinking the quickmatch has the features that some people have been wanting on real-time ladder for a very long time such as more templates or being allowed to do "template voting".
11 players are currently on the real-time ladder which is quite embarassing (would be lower if there was no trophy as a incentive), with my point being.. Is the real-time ladder going to get a makeover so it can stay alive or is it going to be on the lower prioritity list in which case, I would believe it should be removed from the game.
It would be nice if this same policy of being open to do template voting for quickmatch for e.g can be equally met with doing these type of things in the Real-Time Ladder instead of forcing people to play that bloody commanders template and not making any effort to rejuvenate the Real-Time Ladder.
Quickmatches are more competitive than the real-time ladders, which is a very backwards principle. I'm asking to change the balence of competitiveness between the 2 features which I thought had 2 functions primarily, Quickmatches being for new players and Real-time ladder for the competitive players.

A small suggestion: On Small Earth 1v1 Auto Dist, I have 45 points and I wanted to check what was my rank. It took me a lot of clicking to reach the 69th page, see my name and know that I was ranked 3404th. Is it possible to replace the text "Your rating: 45" by a button that will link directly to the 69th page? That way, it will be easier for people who are not at the top to see where they are.
Yea total number of wins is not visible on the leaderboards. That is only thing missing in the leaderboards right now i'd say and something that maybe fizzer intended to not put in since you can find out who has what amount of votes for template after all.
Leaderboard right now also isn't very navigable. If you're on page ~10 or so of a leaderboard, the way the page numbers are listed on the bottom means your most efficient way of seeing who's around your ranking is to go to page 80 -> 40 -> 20 -> 10. It'd be nice if you could just jump to your location or the location of some other player.
I guess this applies to the ladder leaderboards to but their loading time is instantaneous so it's not as annoying. Plus you can just find a player's location easily off their profile or by modifying the URL's Offset parameter.
I'm kind of shocked that after 3 months of not touch WZ I'm still top 30 for the strat 1v1 ratings when there's 2944 people with strat 1v1 ratings. I expected it'd be like the global rating and there'd be tons of people with crazy high template ratings by now.
