Well, You know what to do. :P. (these might be way too early but I don't care xD)
Division A:
1. Masters
I think Mod, Motd, Timi and QB outclass pretty much everyone in this game. And they are all in the same clan.
2. Lynx
Some strong rosterbuilding went on between 8 and 9. Their determination to take down the #1 is bolstered by a ZBD who wants to make a statement. Maybe in more ways then one. In any case, these guys should be favored for #2
3. Outlaws
Outlaws is hungry right now. They play with a passion and have an attitude to win. I wouldn't be suprised if they outclassed lynx with their ferociousness.
4. One
They placed 2nd last clan league. Their roster has not changed much. The only thing that really puts them below the rest is the improvement of other clans, not necessarily their own regression. So, they can easily repeat and finish 2nd.
5. GG
GG certainly has not much for heavy hitters in A league. There is a divide between the top four and the bottom three. Its quite significant. Nevertheless, they seem to have a little bit better depth than the two clans below them, so I will give them a tentative 5th.
6. VS
VS. Excellent team players. Excellent chemistry. Its basically a tossup between them and GG as to who does and does not relegate.
7. M'Hunters
No Pana. No 90. No Problem? In B, sure. In A? Recipe to finish last.
Division B: (I might be biased)
1. WG
In a very weak field, WG is just going to take the cake. Period the end.
2. FCC
Wait, aura, how big is that ego of yours? You just took a clan that three months ago only had your alt in it, to think you can promote? I may be crazy to think this. I may be overambitious to think this. I may be downright stupid to think promoting is a possibility. Yes, I am crazy. But I also have the inside scoop on what is going on here. And feel reasonably confident that the chance for a shocker is real. Although its hard to purport where members are at their current skill level compared to the rest of the community.
3. Hydra
Solid clan that under performs pretty much every clan league. On paper they should promote out of this weak division. But the way they play during clan league suggests that it probably won't be them.
4. Sninja
Rakleader will rack up at least 50 points. The rest of the clan, I am not so sure of. Their depth suggests that they may struggle.
5. Stats
Yea, stats. They have the talent. But... they are worse then hydra in their under-performance. I kinda think the same thing will happen this clan league.
6. TJC
Dry-Clean-Only and Onoma94 certainly are solid players. But... who else do they have? Hard to say. Certainly can pull some upsets though.

A:
M'Hunters (easily the best clan out there atm) NWO (Benoit will carry them to at least 2th) Outlaws (5th if they bring back Tacky) FCC (If Aura says they're good, they're good) Apprentice (all the good players are here) Masters (way past their prime, will likely get 1th due to rigging) Garlic Bread Enthusiasts (Our team abilities are sadly too weak to stay in A)
B:
REGL (no explanation necessary) {rp} (Diplo strat is nothing to be laughed at) CORP (they always blow it) GG (2th if the Blitz players really want revenge for their performance in CL9) DP (3th if 70s Deep Purple, 7th if 80s+ Deep Purple) SNinja (nobody good is in this clan, easy demotion) TJC (I have no clue who's gonna be in this lineup. May demote to C before CL starts)
Q1:
ONE! (duh) VS (Promotes by default) Stats (nerds don't get anywhere in life. Miss out on promotion by one full standard deviation) BIA (Are they still alive?) LEA (Same as BIA. Even their acronyms are alike) Wizards (Have some stupid CoC clan pic. I have no expectations.)
Q2:
VIW (double duh) Seven Kingdoms (seven times the players? If so, easy 1th) WG (rather new clan, probably determined to show everyone what they're capable of) ACME (seriously, who cares about these guys) Hydra (cut off one head, two more -- oh, they're dead) Avengers (Age of Ultron sucked. I want my $10 back)
Q3:
101st (triple duh) USSR (not put 2th because they're actually good, but because everyone else sucks way, way more) Warlords (2nd if Random, 6th if Manual) FUDEW (3th if Joao Gilberto is "playing" for them) PreuBen Garde (fancy names are not a substitute for skill) Lynx (bastards stole my MR. Rot in hell.)
Q4:
Hawks (Do they even promote or relegate? Or are they stuck in Q4 for the rest of CL?)

Division A:
1-Masters. I believe Masters will win again this Clan League. They have arguably most of the elite players of all clans (Motd, MoD, Timinator, QB and maybe some others, idk) and some incredible depth of very good players (Xeno, Motoki, Jz, etc.). They could easily make 2 or 3 rosters that could be competitive in A with the 21 guys they have already in their clan.
2-Outlaws. I have put Outlaws at 2nd place because I believe they got affected by a lot of boots last season but still managed finishing at 3rd place, which was very impressive to see. I see them doing well everywhere, depending what line-up Platinum and cie come up with. I still feel there is a gap though between them and Masters, hopefully I can be proven wrong so that we might have a more exciting division A compared to last CL. Outlaws will have to compete hard for that 2nd spot though I think with mostly Lynx and ONE!.
3-ONE!. I did not believe ONE! was that good until I saw how they performed in CL9! It was very impressive that they finished 2nd in A and were consistent for pretty much all the duration of CL9. Like stated previously, I think they might get that 2nd place also from Outlaws because I don't see much discrepancies between Outlaws-Lynx-ONE!.
4-Lynx. A lot of talent there. They finished 4th last season but 1st in CL8. I don't know what to expect, they could finish 4th but could get as far as 1st place in my opinion. Can they repeat their performance of CL8 and end up before Masters? I don't know, I think Masters had some boots or some stuff happening to them in that season but such things can repeat themselves (hopefully not) for any clan. Of all the clans listed here, I think they are the ones that could potentially cause a big surprise and compete with Masters.
5-GG. GG made solid additions (in large part coming from Blizt) since last season and hopefully their booting problems are over this season. They have more depth than before, but with the departure of Motoki, I don't see them as improved as they could be. They have a bunch of very good players, but I believe some players in the clans listed above have a little extra on some of the GG players. They could finish above 5th for sure but I need to put them somewhere.
6-VS. VS finished 3rd of division B last season, few points short of a 2nd place. I think they are quite consistent and talented, but the competition within division A will be too hard to handle for them in my opinion. I see them as too good for B right now, but possibly not CL-oriented enough for the top of A right now.
7-MH. MH finished 2nd of division B last season. They added Panagioti and Drunken Master, which are super good additions to their line-up. Unfortunately, 90 retired and I believe that despite the fact that they have some solid players, the top of division A seems out of reach for them at the moment, at least in my opinion. I can see them going as far as 6th position, but I can hardly see right now them being higher than that. Hopefully I can be proven wrong because the more competitive clans in A, the more exciting it will be!
Division B
1-WG. WG finished 4th in division B last season and I think they might end up finishing first this season. With the numerous drop-outs (French Clan, 7th Heaven, Blizt, etc.) from last season, I feel division B is weaker than in the previous years and WG, an old competitive clan will take advantage of the situation. The only concern about them is their level of activity, but the talent is there to make it to A for sure.
2-Statisticians. Stats have 3 of the best players of division B in my opinion in Math Wolf, Yeon and Jackie. Then they have Gus squared that is in my opinion very good. The problem is that after those guys, I feel that the talent drops (unless they have some other top guys that I am not aware of). I believe that if Statisticians use a lot (like 3 tournaments each) their top guys, they can do quite well in division B.
3-Hydra. Hydra finished 4th of C last season, but they did it mostly without using alts and they did some acquisitions since the start of CL9 like wakanarai. I believe that if ppface, Milly, Hunta, GE, Green Turtle, wakanarai, Python, etc. play at their best, they can get that second place. The concern I have for them is if some of their top guys don't perform as good as they can, like in previous seasons.
4-Sninja. I don't know much about them, but they finished 5th of division B last season and I believe they did not improved all that much since last season. Sninja is mostly known because rakleader is there and we know he is extremely good and will carry whatever game he is in. The addition of former LuFredd members Max and ssese is nice, but I don't believe it will be enough to compete with the clans I have listed above them.
5-TJC. TJC has finished 2nd of division C last season. So why put them 5th of division B? They used some alts to achieve that position and I believe guys like Xenophon won't play again for them. Dry Clean and Goombella are very good, but Goombella changes clans all the time so I don't know if she will play for them. Other than them, I just don't know enough about them to believe they can be higher than 4th in this division. Carlos seems retired also, so that hurts them furthermore along with the loss of their alts.
6-FCC. FCC finished 3rd of division C in the last season. So again, why put them low this season? Last season, FCC had Pardon, Cowboy and others that aren't here anymore I believe. I only know Aura guardian there now that is very good and Rubik, the rest I don't know them enough to think they can do that good in division B. Maybe they have some less known players that are actually super good? Time will tell, it is hard to assess a clan that has changed so much.
Qualifier 1 (I am subjective here)
1-NWO. I believe our clan can win our qualifier group. Some of our players proved on ladders and other events that they are quite good (Star, Benoit, schwarz, Gustaf, Patriot). Arcturus, a less known player from the community is I think as good as me, he just did not showed it much on ladders and community events. After the core players of our roster, we have plenty of players that add to our overall depth like Lobo, Sir Broiler, cj13, Nikola, Keyser (if he doesn't play for Statisticians), etc, making the line-ups will be hard! I think our team games will be good because everyone in my clan cooperate well in team games and have low boot rates for the most part. I fully trust the guys I will assign for 1v1 templates and will try to carry team games with Arcturus because they are worth more points and are fun. We will have some competition in this qualifier group, so we take nothing for granted!
2-Prussien Guard. Prussien Guard have been around for a while and I have seen some of them pop-off on the ladders recently. I don't know them well enough, but I feel they will give us the most challenge in that group.
3-BIA. BIA finished 6th of division B last season and is definitely competition within that group. Botanator is a very good player and they have other guys within that clan that are quite good.
4-Wizards. Wizards have some good players (davidmtk, Willow, Dimitris), but they have a lot of people that I wonder if they will play for other clans. I don't know enough about their whole roster to be fully able to assess their skill level, but based on what I know of them I have placed them 4th of this group.
5-Warlords. Warlords have some good players within their clan like Fc Bayern, m7, Gevatter Tod, but I believe it won't be enough to be able take the 1st or 2nd place of this group, unless maybe if they use all their top guys on 3 templates and have a lack of depth for the division C round. We'll see.
6-Fudew. I don't know a lot about them, so I placed them 6th but could be wrong doing so.
Qualifier 2
1-CORP. CORP is due to stop underperforming in CL. Nemo, Baer, The Shots, Garlikid, Tjoex, etc., they have so much talent in their clan, this is the time to show it.
2-ACME. ACME has probably the best player of division C in ACL tears. I think he will be able to carry enough games so that ACME makes it to division C.
3-VIW. VIW finished 7th of division B last season. They had a lot of changes during the last seasons, so my knowledge of them is a bit limited.
4-Avengers. I know only Siema in Avengers and sometimes he gets booted ;). Let's see if Siema carries them to glory!
5-Hawks. A dark horse like usual, they will give a good fight and might even cause surprises.
6-Seven Kingdoms. I have no clue about them so I put them there.
7-USSR. Same thing, no idea about their roster.
Qualifier 3
1-101st. 101st should destroy that division in my opinion. Only real competition I see for them is Apprentice.
2-Apprentice. Same thing as for 101st. Only 101st is a competition for Apprentice I think.
3-REGL. REGL was in division B in CL8, but a lot of things changed since then. I don't know them enough, but I don't feel they can compete with 101st and Apprentice.
4-rp. Based on the other seasons, that is where I see them end up.
5-LEA. Based on the other season, same thing as for rp.
6-DP. I have no clue about them.
Division C
1-101st seems OP, I think they could right now win division B. 2-NWO is my clan so of course we will try hard to play in B next season. 3-Apprentice. Apprentice are good, they won't be easy to deal with. 4-CORP is a solid clan with good players, they will contend for promotion in B. 5-Prussien Guard is the dark horse here. 6-ACME. Enough to qualify in C, not to go in B in my opinion.
Good luck to all clans!

Of all the clans listed here, I think they are the ones that could potentially cause a big surprise and compete with Masters. I don't think it'd be a surprise at all; previous season Lynx was marred with boots; andy903 lost them as many as 18 games. And compared to other A clans (besides MASTER) Lynx has by far strongest new additions on their roster. They added Panagioti and Drunken Master, which is a super good additions to their line-up. Both players are retired. ppface, Milly, Hunta, GE, Green Turtle, wakanarai, Python GE, Turtle and Python's Koala are also retired. Stats have 3 of the best players of division B in my opinion in Math Wolf, Yeon and Jackie. Yeon appears to be inactive as well. :P I don't think it makes sense to do any kind of predictions just yet. There is month and a half before CL start, much can change, line-ups are not known to anyone, and with many clans it's that we saw nothing of them yet. The "reborn" FCC is an enigma for me, for example. MASTER has many semi- or completely retired players which might skew our sight of their actual roster. It's just too early.

Before I make my predictions, I'm just not going to bother ranking Outlaws as I'm going to be biased.
1. Masters - Won CL9 , Should've won CL8. Best clan on the game. Have the pulling factor of all the top promising players e.g Master Shinra , Pardon , Xenophon... Have a good structure going forward and contain the best players in the game at the moment. Clan League winning syndrome will hit them as it would be ridiculous if they can top their record-winning CL9 win though they are still favourites to win.
2. GG - My dark horse for the season, I believe they can perform and finish as high as 2nd. There is no question about their talent, MIFRAN and JV (stalling cheat but he has skill I suppose) MisterT , FlyingBender.. There is quality in the clan for the 1v1s but I believe if players like Mifran and Flyingbender or anybody else really get their team games together. They can challenge for a 2nd place. Perhaps even 1st but this is dream land for the moment. Experienced and a close group of individuals. Linberson + Awesomeusername added will do no damage either to their chances.
3. Lynx - Rejuvenated roster of new players. Rento , Octane , Timon92 , Boubou , Bbraw , Wini and Darkpie coming back , Kurdistan , Lew.. Could nearly make a entirely new CL team with the new recruits. Add this with Lynx assets already ZeroBlindDragon who can lead the EU + China teams, Arkanton who is a veteran , Greentea the battle Islands king , Dom365 a good player , Improved Quicksilver + Alexclusive. Lots of postive changes , however Lynx can be a hit/miss clan. Most of the new players will find CL more intense than the other games they've impressed. It will be a amazing season or a disappointing season with them.
4. ONE! - Surprised everyone last season, They rely on their key performers to push them through winning countless games. (Beren , Malakkan , PJ , Grizzlis and Holdway) They've added Nox who is a Guiroma template specialist and can fill some slots well. However, I don't see all 5/6 players performing as well as they did last season so I expect a drop from ONE! this season, Wouldn't be surprised if they performed as well as they did last season either. I think ONE! and Lynx will tightly be together this season.
5. VS - They are a good clan, They put a good attitude to everything they've done. I see plenty of their members on the ladders. However they are out of their depths in the A division, They suffered in depth in B division and lost games against "weaker opposition".. They will truly pay the price for their lack of depth likely finishing 0-6 if it's truly exposed. I don't think they will boot and I have faith in their top performing players. INSIDE + Rocky1 + Glam will need to put a enormous shift and their members will need to over-perform to have any chance in staying in A I feel. They will give it a good go and won't have the attitude to boot. If you put your mind to it, Why can't you have a chance of staying up?
6. M'Hunters - They've declined and this is proved by Norman speeches from M'Hunters about to kick the elitists asses from ranking them below VS. It was also strange to see M'Hunters enter a secondary contact that was 140 days inactive.. Just these little things can show alot. 90 is a key player they've lost, He was a crucial 3 slot player who is now gone. Panagiotis is retired so he's not going to rescue. Players like Cluster + Hobo are going to be under-dogs in the 1v1s and TBest is retired. Holes are in this M'Hunters squad and they don't seem to have much replacements to adequately perform. They will need to over-perform in places and simply give it the best attempt they can do and hope for the best. The CL10 squad will be weaker in CL9 squad and this is not how you should be going into a new higher-skilled division hoping to stay up!!
Conclusion - I expect 5th and 6th to be something that will play out accordingly. VS + M'Hunters haven't improved their rosters significantly with lack of recruits. 2nd - 4th will be a open race with any clan finishing ahead just because of performance. 1st is expected to be Masters but the pressure of being 1st can be a daunting one , especially if they lose games early on. Remember their invincible start? How you start really sets the mode so it's important for all clans to have a good start.

Division B -
1. WG - Have the best players in the division , They have the depth. The only reason they didn't promote last season was purely because of motivation.. How a group of players like that couldn't finish ahead of VS or M'Hunters is beyond my mind. They've additions to their squad with a active Verzehrer who is seemingly able to take 3 slots at his rate of activity. Super Smoove who can effectively carry their EU squad. The opposition they have against them is not at their level. ChrisCMU holds the key in being the leader who can keep his army motivated and hungry to promote because in all seriousness, They should promote with their eyes closed.
2. Sninja - Rakleader has done amazingly well for them in CL and I suspect he will continue his form in this season. Depth has always been the question mark for SNinja to be truly promotion contenders and instead of them having to improve their depth.. The competition has simply decreased. Rakleader + Jaymer will need to do well for them to promote. Max + Waddles the new recruits are solid players that need to be perform decent to support Rakleader + Jaymer who simply can't do it on their own. They have experienced players in their roster and I think they can do the job this season.
3. Hydra - They have remained stable, Solid players in ppface , Derfelios , Milly... The Hydra asset is they have depth to cover all their slots with decent players. Milly is capable of doing well in his slots and I think generally they can give a good effort. If they can get some wins against Sninja's WG's Stats top players they could sneak a 2nd place promotion.
4. Statisticians - They've 3 good players in Yeon Math Wolf + Jaymer.. Is Yeon going to play with him being 4 days offline? Are there heavy hitters going to be so much heavy hitters if they get paired with the other clans heavy hitters? I'm not convinced. They have the weakest depth out of the other promotion chasing clans from my perspective. They need their not so heavy players to muster a few wins and pray for the top trio to carry them to victory which will be tough depending how the line-ups shape up.
5. FCC - Aura Guardian will need to perform overly well on his 3 slots to give FCC any type of shot at finishing high in this division. They're evolving with new players that I'm sure are heavily inexperienced on new templates. They need time and they I'm sure they will improve to be better than TJC in this division. FCC are improving, Just need time but this CL is coming too soon for the clan to mature.
6. TJC - No alts to help them this season, Carlos retired which is one of their heavy-hitters. dry-clean-only not as active as before... Doesn't seem to be much hope for the clan to finish any higher than 6th. However, with FCC being so new it wouldn't surprise me if their line-up could finish higher than FCC.. Though with Aura over FCC.. FCC will be prepped up and give it a good go as opposed to TJC that I doubt will be as motivated/determined.
Conclusion - WG will runaway with it at first with too much class for this division.. 2nd/3rd/4th is a open race where I believe the clan with the greater performers in depth will be the winners. Hydra is my dark horse to sweep it all and finish 2nd but Sninja are favourites for me to get 2nd which would be nice as they've been in B for a long while! 5th will be a young-blooded FCC who can easily sneak 3rd/4th if they have hungry positively-tuned players. 6th will be TJC I'm afraid that haven't improved but declined.

Q1:
1. NWO - Benny is a talented player and he can do well in his 3 slots. The challenge Benny will have in making NWO a promoting clan is saving their weapons for C division. They've got the lucky Q1 draw where they don't have much to worry about but they can't be overly complacent. NWO are a strategic orientated clan and they will take clan league seriously so I see them finishing 1st but possibly finish 2nd if they want to save players for C division (second round).
2. The Wizards - Good attitude, I like the clan and they've some players that can give some decent games. Adi Monster has worked tirelessly on the recruiting. Davidhtmk is a quality player and can excel in this Q1 division. They will need to fight and earn this promotion spot ahead of BIA and Prebeun Grande.
3. Prebeun Grande - Really have to go down as a clan that has improved silently alot, Terence Kill is a heavy hitter for them. If he goes on 3 slots.. With some other of their decent players such as Olkani, I would put them as favourites ahead of The Wizards. It's going to be tight. They've improved which is all you can ask for from a clan that is german-community orientated.
4. German Warlords - Will need to be motivated and have their key players perform like Janine , FC Bayern , Gevatter Todd going inactive is why I don't think they promote. Art Vandelay is a quality player who can really get some points for them. I believe FC Bayern the leader will want his clan to do well so they will give it a good go. Can they get beyond any of the 3 clans? If they get the attitude + motivation right, They sure can. That's the difference in these divisions. Who actually wants it the most.
5. Brothers In Arms - The division B experience from CL9 will benefit them. They can be dangerous in some templates (6-0 in China) but they've lost 2/3 players to other clans and I don't think they will be up there. To promote a clan has to be motivated and hungry to promote, I just don't get that sense as much when I compare them to Prebeun Grande or The Wizards. Hit/miss in some templates.
Q2:
1. CORP - Lots of solid players have came from CORP over the years and they still possess some now. What is missing from this squad of solid players is motivation to not get booted and perform well. They have the players to win this division. Psykkoman Baer Nemo.. Tjoex... It's important they get to C division as they need all their good players to give them a decent shot at promoting to B from C.
2. ACME - Solid players with the special diamond in ACL Tears, Without ACL Tears they are a risky proposition to promote but with him they are given a healthy edge against VIW their contenders. I don't see the point in using all your big guns to just get to C division and get demolished.. So I expect ACME to risk it and I think they can scrape it by.
3. VIW - Sound of slience has done a good getting them back to some resurgence.. Is Awesomeguy playing? Considering he's not playing for Lynx.. I see no reason why not tbh.. Fair play to sound of silence but depending on how ACME Lines up.. They would be doing very well to get ahead of ACME to get to division C.
4. Hawks - They are usually a hit/miss clan but I decided to put them in the middle cause fuck it, Why not. They have Let's fight! who are their best player. Him and some of their other members that I had the pleasure of playing with.. Give me hope they can get some points on the board and secure 4th and go for a underdog tag of promoting
5. Avengers - Siema Ziom is a good clan leader, I believe he can have decent players in all the slots and get them going but they lack in too many areas to give a serious shot at promoting to C.
6. The Seven Kingdoms - Roleplaying clan.. Like GoT... Nobody knows what they have.. I doubt not a lot in the strategic sense considering they are a Roleplaying clan. I think they like the looks of clan league and will give it a serious go hence why I think they will get higher than USSR clan.
7. USSR - Diplomacy clan.. Meaning no backstabbing/fighting like the GoT clan. That's why they will finish below the Seven Kingdoms. Diplomacy pussies can't beat GoT backstabbing monsters.
Q3:
1. 101st - Mostly Harmless, Kicorse , Krunx , Mandarb Cowboy .. Depth with players that can do a decent job with Olivix.. pumpkinhead... They've enough to win and promote to division C. What they have to ensure is they don't bottle the line-ups and take their opponents for granted. However it's heavily in their powers to promote out of Q3 with a poor line-up.
2. Apprentice - Min34 , Sloppyfatginger , Koopa troopa.. They don't have the heavyhitters 101st posseses but they are far ahead of their rivals REGL for that 2nd promotion spot. They too must balence their line-up to save it all for division C and do just enough to promote out of Q3.
3. REGL - Little Mouse will need to go on max slots with some assistance from his REGL team-mates from somewhere to have a shot at promoting. I have no doubts that Little Mouse could do the job but he needs the support. If little mouse wasn't in the clan, I would have them 5th/6th.. funny how 1 player can change things :D
4. Decus Praesideum - Small clan of 8 players that I assume are closely connected and active to play Clan League, They play the ladders and they will treat clan league seriously.. Doubt they have the skill to promote but they can finish to a respectable 4th.
5. RP - They seem cute.
6. LEA - They don't seem as cute.
