North Korea will never agree to anything. Their nukes are the most powerful military and diplomatic tool/weapon they have. If they give them up, they will be just as small on the world stage as the size of their country. Its like a dog trying to bite you with no teeth.

The EU is notorious for internet censorship as well as these major social network platforms with left-wing views. ISP censorship is not a reality but to acknowledge censorship would be politically inconvenient for the left at this time.
And remember invoking the idea that companies can censor users on their platforms means you cannot criticize ISPs. If censorship is actually an issue then you must respond to criticism about social media companies.
If you want to criticize countries that don't care about climate change then criticize India and China and the multinationals that do business with them (that are part of the political establishment.)

As for gun violence, crime rates in the third world are appalling compared to the US; it's just that mass shootings are sensationalized to push partisan politics. In the recent mass shooting there are other things you can point to than just access to firearms, including the late/absent/cowardly police response, the fact that the FBI knew this individual was planning a shooting and did nothing, and his adverse childhood experience/meds.
Europeans boast about having ethical families, programs and strong communities to stop people from growing up to be psychopaths except when they have to explain mass shootings of course, then the gun becomes a conscious actor.

Still has not conquered the world. USA needs to enlarge its military and use it more agressively. Also abolish elections. They only cost time the complex needs.3
