We need one. The reasons have been stated over and over, and the benefits far outweigh the downfalls. If you think this is a good idea, please vote for the addition of such a system on UV:

I voted for it, but I think you should put more detail into the suggestion.

It wasn't my suggestion to begin with, just the one I found when I went to make a similar one myself, so I can't control how in depth it is. The different setups for clans have been discussed over and over though, so there's plenty of options to chose from if Fizzer was to eventually make this.
