I have tried this level a ton of times, and I have taken notice of the starting position of the AIs and I swear, it is impossible unless the AI makes a really stupid mistake. Am I missing something, or do I just need to keep trying until it makes the mistake needed?

a bit harsh to say "git gud" like that but yes thats your problem... your not winning because your making the misstake... but saying its the AI and hope that the AI makes a misstake is kinda like pretending that your doing everything perfect... wich isnt the case when you cant beat it ^^

Ok, First thing is to follow the one piece of advice that it gives you...

"Race to the middle."

I just replayed the first bit of it. For the first 6 turns full deploy and rush towards the middle, Turn 7 Split your force into 3 and complete the 4 territory 35 bonus.

Turn 8 you now have 40 Income. Stay defensive for a few turns with your massive income advantage then Bulldoze all 3 AI's at once.

Using this tactic I just won in 18 turns

15 turns :P

(tho my tactic was actually to just grab all the bonuses at the beginning (while going to the center) so when i arive im just out delaying the AI and then break the bonus) ^^

In fairness, it is correct to say that "it is impossible unless the AI makes a really stupid mistake". The initial position is completely won for the AI. The thing is, the AI is guaranteed to make such a mistake, because it prioritises expanding over attacking/defending and it doesn't understand delays. You just need to exploit that.

It was a long time ago that I did this level, but I'm certain that I took bonuses along the way (without slowing down, of course). And yeah, on the big turn, delay and go all in on one territory in the central bonus. Once you've got a foothold, it's easy from there.

Exactly, kicorse. I looked at the history, and one AI starts about two turns ahead in the race. Thanks for the advice, everyone, I'll try it out soon.
