This feature has been added (
https://www.warzone.com/blog/index.php/2015/01/update-3-4-banking-boot-clock/) but the link to enable/desable it has been removed from the settings page. Here's the link to the setting:

In Flash, this feature is disabled by default, however; in Unity the banked time for each player is always shown.
