1. A player can't start playing on the 1v1 ladder with an account if they have another account with unexpired games. Games expire after 5 months. Violations will be punished with a warning and then a suspension.

I recently seen a player violating this rule 3 times effectively (1st time, had unexpired game that started after the rule went into effect and started playing 1v1 ladder on another account. 2nd time he played on the first account, when he had unexpired games on 2nd account and 3rd time he switched it back to the 2nd account immediately after his run on first account was having losses) and I guess I reported all three times.

Of-course this is not the alt accounter who keeps playing ladder on various accounts and giving boot wins when he is bored of ladder.

Since I am not seeing a suspension, after 3 infractions for that particular player and the boot win distributor for multiple infractions, does it mean all can go back to alt accounting on ladder?

In theory they are. The report(s) you sent are probably still in investigation.

How long was the time period between your reports? Since you say you've seen it 'recently', I guess it wasn't long.

My guess is that your third report happened before that player got a warning for the first offence. It wouldn't be fair to suspend him for things he did before he got his first warning.

does it mean all can go back to alt accounting on ladder?

You definitely can be warned and suspended for multiaccounting on ladders so I don't recommend it.

I would say they're barely in effect due to the length of time it takes for reports to go through.

That being said, it's still a rule. Feel free to break it, but don't get mad if you get suspended.

hmmm, the first report was in first week of Feb, the second one in first week of May(4th or 5th of May) and third one before 2 days. I know it takes time, but since 2nd report is like 20 days old, I thought it might end with warning and then suspension.

I have got enough warnings for various other reasons, so I won't do this ;)

I have seen at-least 10 unique players doing this from the rules coming into effect to now and I think that, most of them are of mentality-if it is just warning, I will do it anyway or no one will notice it.

There is still a six month grace period active. Once its over it should become more stringent.

No Aura,
As per my understanding if someone has games on multiple accounts that started after rules came into effect (after https://www.warzone.com/Forum/288945-official-ladder-rules-now-effect post date) it is violation of the rules. Grace period is, if I had games started before 12/6/2017 on one account and games started after 12/6/2017 on another account- the first account games are given time to expire and is not in violation.

And, what do all players think of getting/giving help for ladder games? I know no rule is talking of it, but I can pull many examples of such cases, but let's keep it private, if someone wants to see those examples.

Who? There is after all the possibility that whoever review the report(s) came to a different conclusion then you and didn't find evidence of multi accounting.

The rules went into effect the moment the wiki got updated. https://www.warzone.com/wiki/1_v_1_Ladder which is Dec 2017.

For the first triage stage there are no pending reports from you. I am quite confident that all but the last report have fully cleared the system now. It's not that slow.

Yes, TBest-one of the moderators indeed had asked to give some proof for the two accounts being same player. And I gave for that; maybe because the first report I made was ignored because of not having the proof!

@Buns If you say one of the clans of that player, I will write the details here. If you want hint, Meow!

It is a Cat :)

Not pyrokitty.

Yes (because it is 2 or more players vs 1 player). No(because no where in Ladder rules, it is mentioned as prohibited).

5.) Since the community isn't able to agree on what constitutes stalling, there won't be any enforcement of rules against stalling.

I doubt anyone has any confusion about this game. Shame there hasn't been created some kind of panel to determine whether a game has been unfairly stalled or not. GG merfi, glad you didn't boot by accident ;)

I can show many games like that Ollie. Some players come up with question like "What will the stalled player gain by stalling?" or "As long as one don't stall for the trophy, it is not worth to be called stalling"

Idk why people see the word cats and first associate it with Felidae. There's literally a clan called Cats and they currently have 201 members vs our 3

Also are you sure it wasn't me

The player may have been warned or informed that he/she was in violation of the rules. Is the player on the ladder with either account?

Not saying it should only apply to top players, but it wouldn't shock me if they just don't care about people rank 50 or worse doing it since it isn't really impacting anyone on the ladder that actually puts effort into their games.

I didn't report you Pyrokitty, are you EKitty?

He was on ladder a week before. Warning I do think he got, but since it is second time violating the same rule-was just curious if it is just warning for everything. Of-course the moderator may even send my report directly to the player, without any of us knowing ;)

If you're starting a run and out of initial 5 games, 2 games are stalled. Do you think it doesn't impact you? I see it is bad sportsmanship at any level.
