Currently I'm in a roleplaying game and we're having a hard time determining whether or not somebody was sanctioned or not.

Provided these settings, can a non-sanctioned player see who was sanctioned, and that player's lowered income?

If you play with light fog, you can check incomes turn by turn. If with normal fog, there is no way.

The fog level is light fog.

+Viper77 Like say I sanctioned myself (okay I actually did this) and my income went from what would've been 675 to 67 armies per turn. So would the other players see my income as 675 or 67?

Because it's light fog, everyone would see your income as the sanctioned amount (i.e. 68 instead of 675). Note that sanctions cards round down .5. https://www.warzone.com/Forum/230870-rounding-5-reference

If the fog level was normal or higher and card settings where the same, people who aren't on your team wouldn't know that you had been sanctioned.

Thanks for replying. That's what I thought it was - but some people are claiming that they can't see my sanctions so I'm really confused.
