Troll isn’t an alt of Fizzer. Troll is one of the first people that played WarLight. Troll has been used to test new features and to help fix bugs (as shown in Warzone development streams).

Well known is pretty ambiguous. People can be known for a large variety of reasons, and can also be known by a large variety of communities.
Someone well known in the diplo community might not be recognized at all by most of the strat players.
Someone that only posts on the forums might not be known by people who avoid the forums and only play RT games.
Inversely, someone who plays autogames all day might be known by fellow autogame players, but not by the community at large.
People seem to mostly be naming "top players", but in all seriousness a lot of the OT forum spammers are just as well known, even if not necessarily as well liked or respected.
Then there's my personal favorite reasons:
If you just got insulted by someone in a game after beating them it was probably Boston.
If you got roasted on the forums it was probably Knyte or myself.

I have been a part of this community for six years. I started diplomacy games and have helped others do it also. Back in my day I was the main scenario maker since memberships were the only way to make scenarios. I was very popular then.
