Yeah, this is one of my issues with the Unity UI as well.

I don't play warlight on phone, and I don't play unity, so there is no way this can apply to me.

Happened to me once. Only realised when I checked the orders as I couldn't understand how I hadn't attacked.

Are you finding this happen on attacks when you double-tap to attack, or is it when the attack/transfer dialog opens fully and you're trying to press Commit that you accidentally hit the transfer mode?

If the former, this can easily be fixed by preventing the transfer mode button from being pressed in the first 100ms.

On the phone I have occasionally fat-fingered attacks to "transfer only" but I have always noticed the error.

My normal fat finger on the phone is attacking the wrong territory. On RoR, usually somewhere in Illyricum.
