World War 2320 is a level I know a least some players don't have a problem with. So let me just detail the winning strategy:

1) Put armies on all the territories the Boss could take, and use them all to recapture the territory he had.
2) Outside of the Boss, be aggressive. DON'T STOP ANYWHERE! You should be able to beat Germany, Volgograd and Novoslbirsk just fine.
