Like the ones, who play 3 or 4 RT games at once and take 2-3 mins for a turn, every turn or the ones who play slow when they are losing or the ones who play slow always.

These players annoy me when I'm impatient, and only focused on the game.
If I'm busy and playing other games, I don't mind as much.

No, it doesn't bother me. I'd rather slow playing opponents that make thoughtful moves than opponents that play like complete morons and make me wish they'd just surrender and go away. Slow players absolutely on average make much better moves. There are exceptions of course, but the correlation is strong.
People playing several RT games at a time does bother me though - that's completely different than them thinking about their turns for an extended period of time.
